I had a wonderfully relaxing experience at this hotel, which seemed to combine both tranquil surroundings and luxurious amenities. The grounds were stunning, and the dining options were impressive. While the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, I did encounter a couple of minor issues with the room's temperature and condition. Nonetheless, it was a fantastic escape overall.

However, I found the signage to be quite misleading, making it challenging to locate the hotel. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the freshly cooked meals, but the option of relaxing in the beautiful grounds was limited due to weather concerns during my stay.
I booked a spa day for my wife and her mum, and though the staff were welcoming, the lack of a working jacuzzi was a letdown. The food presentation was nice, but the quality didn't meet expectations. Overall, the amenities felt outdated, especially compared to other venues I’ve experienced. It wasn't the luxurious escape we were hoping for.
